  • Championing company values and ensuring a supportive, efficient, and compliant workplace.
  • Managing end-to-end employee lifecycles, global benefits, compliance, and Workday administration.
  • Administering U.S. and global benefit programs, managing FMLA, ADA, state-specific leaves, and coordinating visa processes.
  • Immigration Coordination: Prior experience collaborating with immigration counsel for visa and work authorization processes is a strong plus
  • Project Delivery: Excellent organizational and project management skills—specifically, the ability to draft policy and see complex processes through to completion
  • HRIS Admin: 2+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience (specifically managing Core HCM, Benefits, and/or Absence modules)
  • Compliance & Benefits: Deep knowledge of U.S. labor laws, benefits regulations (FMLA, ADA, COBRA, ACA, ERISA), and state-specific leave programs (e.g., NY, MA)
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an empathetic approach to resolving complex employee inquiries
  • Global Exposure: Experience supporting global benefits or international employee populations is highly preferred
  • Data Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables, data audits) and a strong analytical mindset for reporting and system reconciliation
  • Discretion & Trust: A proven track record of handling highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion and ethical judgment
  • Experience: 5–7 years of progressive HR/People Operations experience, ideally in a fast-growing or global environment
