Senior FP&A Analyst

• Support the core FP&A processes and continuously enhance the Company’s forecasting and long-term planning abilities.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting, analyze financial results, distill key trends, perform variance analysis, and communicate key messages to CFO and senior management.
• Manage the corporate budget and partner with business process owners to monitor departmental budget performance, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• The right person will be a self-starter intent on creating new insights with deep financial analysis and cross functional partnerships
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Experience in Financial Modeling and Analysis
• Adept at MS Excel/GoogleSheets and creating compelling Powerpoint presentations
• Strong technical skills leveraging AI to drive operational efficiencies
• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, Investment Banking, Management Consulting
• Experience establishing/maintaining financial rhythm in well established environments
• Experience in med-tech/health-tech/med-device business preferred
• Experience with Adaptiv, Netsuite, and/or Salesforce
