Staff Sales Analytics Engineer

• Construire et maintenir des rapports, des tableaux de bord et des intégrations de données pour les équipes commerciales.
• Gérer l'hygiène des données CRM en collaborant avec les opérations de vente et les responsables des ventes.
• Gérer les intégrations de Data Cloud tirant des données du lac de données Databricks vers Salesforce.
• 5+ years of experience in BI and analytics, with hands-on proficiency in Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or a comparable modern BI platform
• 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce-heavy environment — either as a report analyst or administrator, or as a BI/analytics engineer embedded in a CRM-centric organization
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, and business stakeholders to drive data quality and CRM hygiene at scale
• 5+ years of SQL experience in a data warehouse or data lake environment (Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience building AI automations, skills, or agents
• Familiarity with GitHub and Jira in an agile delivery environment
• Experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling
