Inside Account Executive (UKI)

In this role, you will be responsible for building a pipeline, conducting deep discovery and qualification, delivering tailored narratives and demos, collaborating on deal strategy and forecast accuracy, leading negotiations and closing, and positioning Elastic as the Search AI platform of choice. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate deals and drive exceptional customer outcomes. • Be responsible for your territory and build pipeline through proactive outbound efforts.
• Conduct deep discovery and qualification to uncover customer pain points and decision criteria.
• Lead negotiations and closing of high-stakes contracts, defending your value and structuring trades.
• Proven SaaS quota‐carrying success: 3+ years closing deals, consistently overachieving targets in a consumption-based or usage-model environment
• Well honed negotiation skills
• Fluent English language skills

• Discovery & qualification skills: Demonstrated ability to apply MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks to drive focused pipeline and eliminate low-probability deals
• Open Source passion: Genuine appreciation for open-source communities and the Elastic model—bonus if you’ve sold or advocated in an OSS context
• Compelling value storytellers: Track record of delivering presentations and demos that tie product capabilities to real euros saved, revenue gained, or risk mitigated
• Prior experience at an open-source or developer‐centric infrastructure company
• Familiarity with observability (logs, metrics, traces) or security analytics (SIEM/XDR) use cases
