Engineering Operations Lead

Join our Engineering team as an Engineering Operations Lead. In this dynamic role, you will streamline business processes, assist with key product launches, and manage the operational rhythm of the Engineering organization. You will serve as a strategic advisor to the CTO and Engineering leadership, deliver data-driven insights, and oversee the tracking of Engineering OKRs. Additionally, you will handle day-to-day Engineering operations, identify and close operational gaps, and coordinate cross-functional efforts. This is an operations and strategy role that requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of how engineering organizations run.

• Assurer le bon fonctionnement des opérations d'ingénierie en gérant les systèmes, les données et le rythme opérationnel de l'organisation.
• Servir de conseiller stratégique auprès du CTO et des dirigeants de l'ingénierie, en fournissant des analyses et des recommandations basées sur les données.
• Gérer les OKR de l'ingénierie, en veillant à leur alignement avec la vision et la stratégie à long terme de l'entreprise.
• Excellent cross-functional communication. You thrive as the connective tissue between Engineering, BD, Finance, Legal, Product, and Marketing
• Hands-on familiarity with Linear (or a comparable execution / issue-tracking system) and modern operational tooling
• Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards, performance reports, and data-driven recommendations
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, engineering operations, or a similar function. Ideally within a FinTech, high-growth tech startup, or Web3 environment
• Experience supporting or partnering closely with executive leadership is a strong plus
• Proven ability to build and improve operational processes from the ground up (SOPs, automation, cross-functional workflows)
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity
• Deep understanding of how engineering organizations run: operating-model design, prioritization frameworks, operating cadence, and execution systems
