As a Digital Archiving Success Manager, you will support customers in their digital preservation programs, providing guidance and hands-on support for data structuring, metadata, and integration with other systems. You should have a background in digital archival science, technical aptitude, and a customer-centric approach.

Leverage archiving best practices and process frameworks to drive continual process improvement.
Create scripts to support customer-specific use cases and utilize APIs.
Achieve high levels of client satisfaction in the utilization of our SaaS products and act as an escalation point for all requests and incidents.
