Compliance Officer Italy

Join Swan, Europe's embedded banking specialist, as a Compliance Officer in Italy. In this role, you will ensure our operations remain in line with regulatory requirements, manage regulatory changes, assist in regulatory submissions, and serve as the primary point of contact for Italian regulatory bodies. You should have significant experience in a compliance position in a financial institution, excellent knowledge of Italian banking regulations, and be fluent in Italian and English.

• Gestire i cambiamenti normativi e implementare le modifiche necessarie in Italia.
• Assistere nella presentazione di documenti normativi sotto la supervisione dell'AMLRO.
• Agire come punto di contatto principale per gli organi di regolamentazione italiani (Banca d'Italia, UIF).
