FP&A Team Manager

As the FP&A Team Manager, you will orchestrate Swan's entire financial planning cycle, manage a high-performing FP&A function, and collaborate directly with the leadership team to support strategic decision-making. You will lead the annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning processes, manage and mentor the FP&A team, and own the corporate reporting architecture.
