IT Technician Apprentice

Join Swan as an IT Technician Apprentice and provide first-level IT support in a modern, fully Mac-based environment. You'll assist with day-to-day technical issues, manage new hire onboarding, maintain IT asset inventory, document IT procedures, collaborate on ongoing improvements and automation, and ensure basic security hygiene on devices. This is a great opportunity for those looking for a 1 or 2-year apprenticeship with a strong curiosity for IT systems and a desire to help people solve tech problems.

• Assister et résoudre les problèmes techniques quotidiens, en particulier sur macOS et les plateformes SaaS.
