Senior Regulatory Officer

Join Swan, a fast-growing fintech company, as a Senior Regulatory Officer. In this role, you will contribute to Swan's Compliance Framework by supporting the team on regulatory topics related to banking activities. You will participate in regulatory monitoring, work closely with the Legal and Compliance teams, and collaborate with the Risk and Product teams. This position is ideal for someone eager to develop expertise in banking regulation and who has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with different teams.

• Advising Swan’s teams on all banking regulatory matters and ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with the Legal and Compliance teams to support the preparation and review of partnership and supplier agreements, as well as drafting and updating terms and conditions.
• Contributing to the review of new products and features in collaboration with the Risk and Product teams, ensuring regulatory considerations are taken into account.
