Talent Acquisition Specialist

Join Swan, a fast-growing FinTech company, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Operations roles, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and collaborate closely with hiring managers and HRBPs. You will also track and monitor key recruitment metrics and use data to optimize the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of recruitment experience in FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services, and be fluent in English and French.

• Collaborer étroitement avec les responsables du recrutement pour comprendre les exigences du poste et les dynamiques de l'équipe.

• **Essential FinTech Background**

• **You have 2-4 years of recruitment experience specifically in FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services**
• Strong experience in high-volume recruitment in a short time (ex : 30 ppl in 6 months)
• You understand the FinTech ecosystem and regulatory landscape (KYC, AML, Transaction Monitoring, Compliance)
• You have an established network of candidates in Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Fincrime roles
• You're familiar with recruiting for regulated financial services roles and can assess relevant qualifications
• Experience recruiting for FinTech scale-ups or challenger banks is highly valued
