Training Apprentice

Join Swan, a fast-paced and innovative startup in the fintech industry. As a Training Apprentice, you will be an integral part of the People team, reporting to the HR Director. Your responsibilities will include managing training providers, planning and engineering training sessions, monitoring quality and satisfaction, reporting and budgeting, conducting annual training needs analysis, and deploying the annual training plan. • Assurer la gestion des fournisseurs de formation, en étant le point de contact principal et le coordinateur pour toutes les organisations de formation externes.
• Construire et gérer le calendrier de formation annuel, en planifiant et en programmant toutes les sessions de formation.
• Organiser systématiquement des enquêtes de satisfaction post-formation après chaque session, analyser les résultats et améliorer continuellement la qualité de la formation.
• You are a student in a Master's degree (business school, HR, L&D...) and you are looking for at least 1 year of apprenticeship
• **Experience:** you have a first internship or project experience in HR or training/L&D
• **Start-up mode:** you enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced, target-driven, and team-oriented environment
