About The Role

Join Attest, a leading consumer insights platform, as a Principal Product Manager. In this high-stakes role, you'll turn raw concepts into commercially viable, AI-native B2B products and ensure their success in the market. You'll navigate uncertainty, lead cross-functional teams, and partner closely with commercial leaders. This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of B2B AI, own the full product lifecycle, and make a real commercial impact.

  • Transforming raw concepts into commercially viable, AI-native B2B products and ensuring market success.
  • Leading cross-functional teams through the discovery and delivery phases of product development, while maintaining alignment with commercial leaders.
  • Owning the full product lifecycle, from discovery to launch, and managing existing products to ensure they meet market and customer expectations.

For too long, global brands have operated on educated guesses, trapped by a research model that's slow, linear, and fragmented.

For the last decade, Attest has changed that.

We're trusted by global consumer brands (Netflix, Nestle and Reddit) to run agile, quantitative research at scale, helping research and insights teams make confident decisions at the pace their business actually moves.

But that was just the first chapter.

With significant backing from prestigious investors NEA, Hedosophia and Episode 1, we're building what comes next: connected consumer insights. Multimodal, AI-native, and orchestrating the entire research lifecycle in one system. From surveys, to AI-moderated interviews, to real-time predictions of what consumers will think and do.

We're not adding features to a research tool. We're defining what the category becomes.

And we need your help.

## About the role

Attest is entering a period of significant product and commercial transformation. We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to help lead it. Someone equally comfortable turning an early, unproven idea into a real product, and taking an established proposition further into growth.

This is a high-stakes role. You'll be responsible for turning raw concepts into commercially viable, AI-native B2B products - and for making sure what we build actually wins in the market, whether that's a new venture finding its first customers or an existing proposition scaling into new ones.

You'll navigate uncertainty, lead cross-functional squads through discovery and delivery, and partner closely with commercial leaders to keep product and go-to-market tightly connected.

## Why this role?

**AI-native by design**

. You'll work at the leading edge of B2B AI. We're not adding AI features. We're building an AI-driven product that changes how our customers work. You'll bring that same mindset to your own team. You'll partner across Product, Design and Engineering to build AI into how we work, not just what we ship.

**True product ownership**

. You'll own the full product lifecycle, from discovery to launch. You'll also manage existing products after launch. That means balancing steady, incremental improvement with new strategic bets.

**Real commercial impact.**

You'll build enterprise-ready solutions. You'll make sure they win in the market. Your work will drive revenue, not just usage.

**High-visibility influence**

. You'll report directly to leadership. As a senior leader you'll be expected to challenge assumptions and influence strategy. Your view will help set the commercial narrative for where our product goes next.

## What you’ll be doing

**Strategic

&

commercial impact**

. You'll shape the why and the what. Turning business goals and customer insight into a clear product direction. You'll own solutions that drive real revenue and be the primary driver of product-market fit within your product area. You'll work with commercial teams to shape go-to-market.

**Discovery

&

roadmap.**

You'll lead your product roadmap end to end. You'll lead discovery for new features and capabilities. You'll make the hard prioritisation calls. You're equally comfortable owning a large product area or leading a 0-1 effort. You're motivated by getting from concept to a validated MVP fast. You'd rather get a small version in front of customers than spend months perfecting something unproven.

**AI implementation

&

strategy.**

You'll build AI and ML directly into the product. You'll track AI developments closely. You'll use them to solve B2B problems that weren't solvable two years ago.

**Cross-functional leadership**

. You'll be the strategic anchor for Engineering, Design and Commercial. You'll lead through uncertainty. You'll align stakeholders around one vision. You'll keep the team moving fast without losing sight of the goal.

**Product maintenance

&

growth**

. You'll build products enterprise users rely on daily. You'll grow and maintain them so they keep meeting market and customer expectations. When issues come up, you'll resolve them quickly and properly.

**Hands-on execution**

. We're a small, fast team. You'll write specs, build and test prototypes, and analyse data yourself. You'll do whatever it takes to unblock your squad. If you need a layer of project managers to get things done, this isn't the right fit.

## What you bring

  • **A track record of delivering commercial outcomes, not just delivering features**

. You've taken products from concept to customer and can point to real revenue you drove, ideally in a fast-paced scale-up. You understand B2B go-to-market, and you partner naturally with commercial teams to build for both buyers and users. You ship things that sell, not just things that work.

  • **You thrive in ambiguity**

. You find the signal in the noise, define a clear direction, and bring the business and your team with you. You turn that direction into a roadmap that keeps everyone focused on the highest-leverage work.

  • **You hold the big picture and the detail at once**

. You're just as comfortable setting strategy with Exec, Director and VP stakeholders as you are getting into the detail of a feature with your team.

  • **You apply AI to build better products, not just talk about it**

. You've spent the last year or two working hands-on with LLMs and generative AI, and you bring that experience directly into how you build, decide and prioritise.

  • **You influence without needing authority**

. You build trust quickly across Engineering, Design and Commercial. You're the voice of the product in the room, you resolve misalignment fast, and people trust your calls.

  • **You have a real eye for design, a high quality bar and you notice what others miss**
  • . You know what good looks like, and you can tell when something is close but not there yet. Importantly you treat that g
  • **ap as yours to close, not someone else's problem to raise.**
  • **Technical credibility**

. You're comfortable in full-stack environments. You can speak credibly with Engineering, and know when to push back on a technical decision.
### Nice to haves

  • Experience in consumer insights, research technology, or adjacent data-driven categories.
  • Evidence of delivering commercial value within an AI-native product development set up.
