International Operations & Logistics Specialist (M/F/X) - Fixed-term Contract

Join Island, a company dedicated to designing workspaces that people love. As an International Operations & Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for managing global delivery operations, ensuring seamless supply chain execution, and providing exceptional after-sales service. You will work closely with the Operations team and report directly to the Ops Manager. This is a fixed-term contract position based in Paris, with the opportunity for remote work two days a week.

• Assurer le traitement complet des commandes B2B, de la conversion des contrats signés en bons de commande opérationnels.
• Coordonner les itinéraires d'expédition, travailler avec les transitaires, gérer les exigences douanières et synchroniser avec les équipes d'installation locales.
• Agir en tant que point de contact principal pour les demandes après livraison, gérer efficacement les tickets de support client.
• Degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics, backed by **3 to 5 years of hands-on experience** in order management or ADV, preferably within the physical product or furniture industry 💼
• You understand the friction points of international shipping (transit times, cross-border coordination) 🧠
• **Professional fluency in English and French is mandatory.** If you speak Spanish or a third European language, that’s a massive win 🌍
• You thrive with modern tools. Experience with NetSuite and HubSpot is highly preferred; familiarity with Notion, Slack, and Google Suite is expected ⚙️
• You are a natural problem-solver, comfortable with ambiguity, highly organized, and an excellent cross-departmental communicator 🤝
