About The Role

Join Commure as an Operations Manager (Automation Development) and play a key role in automating and scaling healthcare operations. You will design, test, and operationalize automations, collaborate cross-functionally, and analyze and optimize workflows. This role requires strong SQL fluency, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for building scalable solutions.

  • Design, test, and operationalize automations across the healthcare operations stack, working hands-on with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Own high-impact processes, including instrumentation, workflow mapping, SQL/data analysis, tool changes, experiment evaluation, rollout, monitoring, and post-launch debugging.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to influence roadmap priorities and scale successful solutions.
