Your work will encompass interaction, systems, and service design, and you'll contribute across the full product lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, support the design system, and champion user-centered design principles. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in end-to-end product design, proficiency in high-fidelity interface design, and a passion for learning from users.

  • 6+ years of experience in end-to-end product design
  • You're proactive, detail-oriented, and effective under ambiguity. You are a strong communicator both in writing and collaborative settings
  • You don't just execute PRDs and hand off specs; you help define the problem and you stay engaged through execution
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring genuine curiosity to understanding healthcare, from clinical workflows to the business and operations of running a practice
  • Experience working with and contributing to a design system
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in product design, industrial design, architecture, human-computer-interaction, or other related fields
  • Proficiency in designing high-fidelity interfaces and building interactive prototypes in Figma, Cursor, and various AI-powered tools
  • Strong portfolio showcasing research-driven UX design, exceptional visual design and problem solving abilities
  • You write to think, with experience developing design briefs and PRDs, and the ability to integrate complex business information into actionable design propositions
  • A passion for learning directly from users and building meaningful products
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills - you can understand business priorities and technical constraints, and articulate your design solutions to stakeholders and cross-functional team members
  • Strategic thinking - you are a high-level thinker that always think about the larger picture of product experience as a whole, beyond the specific feature you are working on
  • Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, and propose design concepts with an informed POV with incomplete information
  • A self-motivated, proactive mindset - you are always looking for opportunities to improve a product and drive projects forward
  • Strong organizational and management skills - you can bring structure to ambiguity, organize your work through setting expectations and timelines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of craftsmanship from creating refined interaction experiences, paying attention to details, addressing edge cases and building delightful micro-interactions
