Senior Software Engineer (RCM Core)

Join Commure, a leading healthcare technology company, as a Senior Software Engineer in our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) AI team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and implementing AI-powered solutions that automate financial workflows in healthcare. You will own the full lifecycle of AI features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software development, experience with various programming languages and tools, and excellent communication skills.

• Contribuer à la direction technique de la plateforme RCM en proposant et en mettant en œuvre des améliorations à l'architecture, aux outils et aux technologies.
• Construire des produits de bout en bout pour révolutionner la gestion du cycle de revenus pour les prestataires et les administrateurs.
• Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles (produit, ingénierie et santé) pour recueillir les exigences d'intégration, définir les approches techniques et prioriser les tâches en fonction des besoins commerciaux.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions and making successful architectural decisions
• Experience including but not limited to Git, GCP / AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and non-relational DBs, and monitoring/alerting tools
• Proficiency in backend languages like Python, Go, or C++
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience
• 5+ years of professional software development industry experience
• Proficiency in frontend languages like Javascript, HTML, CSS
