Senior Manager of FP&A & Strategic Finance

Join our team as a Senior Manager of FP&A & Strategic Finance. In this role, you will be responsible for financial planning and business partnership for one of our core segments. You will work closely with product leadership, Sales, Revenue Ops, and Operations to improve forecast accuracy, shape deal economics, and instill financial rigor. This position offers the opportunity to gain experience in all areas of the P&L and help build the infrastructure and tools needed to scale the segment in a fast-paced, pre-IPO environment. The role can be remote-friendly, with monthly travel to our Mountain View headquarters for the first six months.

• Establish trusted relationships and serve as the primary finance partner to segment and product leadership across Sales and Ops.
• Own the segment’s revenue forecast and pipeline analysis, and lead target-setting, budgeting, and expense planning.
• Collaborate with RevOps to establish a deal desk, define pricing guardrails, assess deal economics, and ensure pricing strategy supports long-term value.
• Experience with core finance and sales tech stack (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce) and FP&A platforms
• Bias for action and ability to drive multiple, concurrent projects to completion
• STEM degree and/or CFA charterholder is a plus
• Familiarity with SQL and low/no-code dashboarding tools (e.g., Retool) is a plus
• Experience in healthcare SaaS, M&A integration, and/or exposure to enterprise deal structures is a plus
• Excellent communication, with ability to distill complex financial topics into clear, compelling narratives
• 6+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, banking, and/or consulting, with a tour of duty in a high-growth, unstructured environment
• Comfort in a high-visibility role; confident presenting to senior executives and external partners
• Strong grasp of non-GAAP industry metrics applicable to SaaS companies
