Senior/Staff Product Manager (Ambient)

Join our Ambient team as a Senior/Staff Product Manager, where you'll drive and own meaningful product surfaces end-to-end. This builder role involves shaping the future of Ambient AI for major health systems, working closely with clinicians, engineers, and clinical informatics teams. You'll have a direct impact on how providers experience their workday and will be responsible for the full product cycle, from discovery to delivery.

• 5+ years of Product Management experience at a B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare technology company
• Technical fluency. You can understand how APIs and integrations work, have substantive conversations with engineers, and read technical documentation without needing a translator
• Curiosity about AI and where it's headed, especially in clinical and voice contexts
• Clear writing and communication. Sharp PRDs, crisp stakeholder updates, and the ability to align people with competing priorities
• Strong fundamentals across discovery, prioritization, roadmapping, and shipping in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience managing or mentoring other PMs or cross-functional teams
• Exposure to AI/ML or ambient voice products
• Consumer product experience — a sense for building products that end users love, not just ones that clear enterprise procurement checklists
• Clinical background or time spent working alongside providers
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR
