Senior Software Engineer (Air AI)

Join Commure's Air AI team as a Senior Software Engineer, where you'll build the intelligence layer that enhances clinical workflows. You'll work on real-time documentation, a conversational clinical assistant, and an AI Skills Library. This role requires strong fullstack skills, experience in fast-moving environments, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Contribuer à la conception et à l'influence des décisions qui façonnent l'architecture fullstack pour des solutions de santé évolutives et alimentées par l'IA.
• Établir les meilleures pratiques pour la qualité du code, les tests, le déploiement et l'observabilité, et mentorat des ingénieurs de l'équipe.
• Collaborer avec les chefs de produit, les designers et les experts cliniques pour expédier des solutions intuitives qui fonctionnent dans des environnements cliniques réels.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, required
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with a history of demonstrated resourcefulness
• Professional software engineering experience, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment
• Experience in fast-moving environments where shipping quickly is the norm
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs or building AI-powered features in production
• Strong fullstack skills — Python on the backend (required), TypeScript/React on the frontend, with working knowledge of containers and cloud (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Track record of driving work from early ideation to successful production deployment
• Strong communication skills — comfortable working with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders including clinical teams
