Senior Software Engineer (Rejections & Denials)

Join Commure, a leading company in healthcare technology. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Core team, building intelligent systems to automate financial workflows in healthcare. You will work on the Rejections & Denials team, developing AI and rules infrastructure to fix claims autonomously. Your responsibilities will include building LLM-powered automation, designing guardrails for safety, scaling a rule engine, and creating observability tools. You will also contribute to the technical direction of the RCM platform, mentor and guide engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience including but not limited to Git, GCP / AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and non-relational DBs, and monitoring/alerting tools
• 5+ years of professional software development industry experience
• Proficiency in frontend languages like Typescript and React
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience
• Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions and making successful architectural decisions
• Proficiency in backend languages like Python or Go
