About The Role

Join Commure as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where you will play a crucial role in scaling our Engineering, Product, and Design teams. You will cultivate strong partnerships with leaders, drive alignment and talent strategy, and utilize data to create targeted recruiting strategies. You will also design interview plans, manage multiple requisitions, and implement sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines.

Identifying and engaging passive talent in the Engineering, Product, and Design space.
Utilizing data to set benchmarks and metrics to create targeted recruiting strategies.
Creating and implementing sourcing strategies and workflows to build robust and diverse candidate pipelines.
Success in scaling a high-growth tech company
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle both high-volume and targeted recruiting while maintaining quality
Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to work independently
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success in high-volume Engineering, Product, and Design recruitment
Experience with Engineering, Product, and Design recruiting within the software industry
Experience designing and implementing scalable recruiting processes and workflows
