Software Engineer (RCM Core)

Join Commure, a leading healthcare technology company, as a Software Engineer II. In this role, you will be part of our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) AI team, building intelligent systems that automate manual financial workflows in healthcare. You will own the full lifecycle of AI features, contribute to the technical direction of the RCM platform, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions, excellent communication skills, and 3+ years of professional software development experience.

• Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions de bout en bout pour automatiser les flux de travail financiers dans le secteur de la santé.
• Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour recueillir les exigences d'intégration, définir les approches techniques et prioriser les tâches.

• We're looking for a Software Engineer II who takes ownership end-to-end, moves fast, and wants their work to directly impact how care is delivered
• Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions and making successful architectural decisions
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience
• Experience including but not limited to Git, GCP / AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and non-relational DBs, and monitoring/alerting tools
• Proficiency in frontend languages like Javascript, HTML, CSS
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• 3+ years of professional software development industry experience
• Proficiency in backend languages like Python, Go, or C++
