About The Role

Join our team as the Director of Communications, where you will be responsible for the brand's editorial strategy and multichannel communication. You will manage a team of 6 to 7 people, coordinate cross-functional resources, and oversee the annual multichannel editorial calendar. You will also produce high-value content, oversee campaigns, and track performance indicators. The ideal candidate will have a higher education degree in communications or a related field, a minimum of 10 years of experience in communications, and fluency in English and French.

  • Directly manage a team of 6 to 7 people, coordinate cross-functional resources involved in communication projects, and ensure editorial schedules are maintained.
  • Establish and oversee the annual multichannel editorial calendar, define content priorities by market and by event, and produce strategic recommendations on communication tools.
  • Write and oversee the production of high-value content, organize and conduct interviews with medical experts, and oversee magazine production.

### Desired Profile

  • Higher education degree in communications, journalism, humanities, or equivalent (Bachelor's/Master's level)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in communications, including at least 2 years in a team management role
  • Experience in an international environment, ideally in medical, events, or B2B settings
  • Perfect English (main working language) and fluent in French; a third language is a plus
  • Ability to write accurately on scientific and medical topics, adapting tone to the audience
  • Solid knowledge of newsletter management tools (Mailjet or equivalent), social media platforms, public relations, and project management tools (Asana)
  • Comfortable with AI tools applied to content production (including InDesign & Canva) - open with integrating AI into work processes
  • Strong editorial judgment, rigor, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
