About The Role

Define and drive the global strategic sales direction in alignment with business division objectives to achieve revenue and growth targets
Provide actionable insights on regional trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Drive global sustainable growth, profitability, and market expansion across all regions together with the Regional Heads of Sales
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global sales organization, fostering accountability, collaboration, and innovation
Manage and optimize global sales channels, key account activities, and strategic customer relationships
Establish KPIs, monitor sales performance, and drive continuous improvement
Ensure achievement of EBIT and margin targets while managing sales-related budgets and costs
Globally align priorities and activities and act as the key representative of the Business Division's sales organization

Degree in Business Administration or Chemical/Technical background with strong commercial knowledge
Extensive international leadership experience in sales, business development, or commercial management within the specialty chemicals industry
Solid leadership experience and track record in implementing growth strategies, global sales management, and key account development
Strong business and financial acumen with responsibility for profitability, EBIT, and margin performance
Experience operating successfully in an international matrix organization with a hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset
Leadership skills with a focus on empowerment through effective communication tailored to people, situations, and desired outcomes
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills combined with a results-oriented approach
Business fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and the ability to act confidently across different hierarchy levels
Willingness to travel on business internationally
