 Education & Experience

• Minimum Education: B.S. Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred or associate's degree in accounting with 5 years related experience.
• Minimum Experience:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in an accounting role with a preference for experience within an ERP manufacturing environment.

Knowledge & Skills

• Special Skills:

o Detail oriented o Strong computer skills

o Strong verbal and written communication skills

o Strong interpersonal skill

o Ability to analyze complex or diverse information, collect and research data and resolve critical matters by effectively utilizing technical, analytical and problem-solving aptitudes

o Ability to manage multiple activities in a timely and accurate manner with general supervisory guidance o Adaptable to new software and applications

• Specialized Knowledge:

• o Strong working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• o CPA/MBA a plus o Experience with Oracle R12 ERP system a plus
• o Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) a plus
• o Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word o Experience in a Sarbanes Oxley 404 environment a plus


 Additional Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Process improvement mindset.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Experience with implementation projects.
• Oracle and/or SAP experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
