Internship-Customer Success Manager - Barcelona office (H/F)

As an Intern Customer Success Manager, you will support clients in implementing their ESG reputation programs, provide technical and functional support, detect customer needs, and participate in cross-functional projects. This internship is based in Barcelona and offers the opportunity to contribute to an impactful project while gaining valuable skills in a fast-growing company.

• Assurer le support technique et fonctionnel aux clients lors de la réalisation de leurs enquêtes, en les accompagnant tout au long du projet.
• Identifier et signaler les besoins des clients à la direction, en adoptant une logique de vente incitative pour des produits supplémentaires.
• Participer activement à des projets transversaux visant à améliorer l'expérience client sur la plateforme.

Currently in Master of business school or university, you are looking for your **second part internship or graduation.**

A first experience in an **HR or in a SAAS** environment would be a plus.

You have a real appetite for **HR concepts** (understanding the HR issues of our customers, employer branding, recruitment, etc.) and in project management.

You are very rigorous in project management, educational and have excellent interpersonal skills. You have a sense of service.

**You are fluent in Spanish .** Preferably, you have an excellent level of English and/or in Italian. You enjoy working in a team 🇪🇸 🇮🇹

For this role, experience in project management / customer service will be essential to be able to accompany your clients and to bring them on board in our ChooseMyCompany reputation universe. Your comfort with HRIS tools will be a plus.
