Join CloudBees, a leading software delivery platform, as a Senior Accountant. In this high-visibility role, you will support commissions accounting operations and partner closely with the General Ledger (G&L) team. Your responsibilities will include calculating, recording, and reconciling sales commissions, executing month-end and quarter-end close, maintaining systems and data integration, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, supporting audit requests, and identifying process improvements. Support commissions accounting operations by calculating, recording, and reconciling sales commissions in accordance with company policy.
Partner with the General Ledger (G&L) team to execute month-end and quarter-end close, including preparing and reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations.
Maintain systems and data integration across accounting platforms, ensuring data flows accurately between systems and supporting ongoing automation efforts.
Experience supporting systems and data integration between financial applications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger and month-end close
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and core accounting operations
Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with commissions accounting or sales compensation
Hands-on experience with NetSuite (or a comparable ERP) and integration or automation tooling
