Graphic Designer

Join eXp Realty as a Graphic Designer, Content Creator. In this role, you will bridge the brand system with high-performing digital content, focusing on speed-to-publish and visual storytelling. You will create engaging social content, maintain a library of optimized templates, support rapid content turnaround, and design visually compelling email graphics and digital assets. You will collaborate with the Communications team and Senior Designers to ensure brand consistency and evolve creative. • Conceptualize, layout, and produce engaging social media content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive library of optimized Canva templates for recurring social formats, supporting rapid content turnaround.
• Collaborate with the Communications team to design supporting visuals for corporate announcements, reports, and high-priority leadership initiatives.
• Experience: Professional experience in content creation, social media design, or an in-house corporate creative role
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent high-level portfolio/hands-on experience
