Senior Product Manager

Join eXp Realty as a Senior Product Manager, where you will communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your team. Collaborate with Directors of Product to align initiatives with business goals and user needs, analyze user data to identify trends, and partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams for seamless product delivery. You will also conduct user research, establish key performance indicators, and lead agile ceremonies. • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the technology sector
• Experience working in a fully remote environment, demonstrating strong self-motivation and communication skills
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to real estate, AI and software solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset
• Experience with user experience (UX) principles and customer-centered design practices
• Extensive experience with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
