Cement Mason

Join BA Blacktop Ltd., a leading road construction company, as a Cement Mason. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and setting concrete forms, pouring and smoothing concrete, monitoring the curing process, repairing and maintaining existing concrete structures, and collaborating with team members to complete projects on time and within budget. The position offers a competitive pay range of $21.88-$45.51 per hour and is based in the Fraser Valley Area. Ideal candidates will have proven experience as a Cement Mason, knowledge of concrete techniques, and a valid driver's license.

• Prepare and set concrete forms for sidewalk and curb & gutter, pour, spread, and smooth concrete.
• Monitor the curing process to ensure proper hardening and repair and maintain existing concrete structures.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget, following safety protocols.

**Qualifications:**

• Ideally proven experience as a Cement Mason, preferably in road construction.
• Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
