Construction Project Coordinator- Civil Construction- Penticton M/F

Join Carmacks, a leading civil construction company, as a Construction Project Coordinator in Penticton, BC. In this role, you will support the Project Management team, track materials, manage inventory, assist with invoicing, and help prepare progress reports. You will work 50% in the office and 50% on-site, and must have a diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or relevant industry experience. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

• Suivi et réconciliation des matériaux fournis et livrés, gestion des tickets de transport.
• Coordination avec les contremaîtres, les gestionnaires de carrière et le transport pour aligner les comptes physiques.
• Préparation des rapports de progression et des factures pour le travail effectué, assistance dans le processus d'estimation.

**What do we value?**

• Entry level requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or Bachelor's degree or Relevant industry experience
• Strong understanding of construction methods, contracts, and project coordination processes.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, including grading, paving, and utilities.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Minimum Class 5 Driver's license with a clean abstract

**Preferred:**

• Experience working with contractors on municipal or highway projects.

Knowledge of ERP: SAP

• Familiarity with local regulations and standards (e.g., provincial specifications)
• Experience with quantity tracking and cost control systems.

**Working Conditions:**

• Combination of office and field work environments.
• Travel to project sites may be required.
• Living out allowance (LOA) is provided when working remote.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment with changing priorities.

• Salary range is between $68,000-$80,000/yr, depending on qualifications and experiences.
