Construction Project Manager M/F

Join Carmacks, a leading construction company, as a Construction Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing highway construction projects, overseeing project schedules, budgets, and quality management systems. • Creation of Sales Order, Review cost to date and update budget monthly, Conduct Budget review meetings with Construction Manager & Superintendent.

**What do we value?**

• Entry level requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or Bachelor degree or Relevant industry experience
• Strong understanding of construction methods, contracts, and project coordination processes.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, including grading, paving, and utilities.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Minimum Class 5 Drivers license with a clean abstract

**Preferred:**

• Experience working with contractors on municipal or highway projects.

Knowledge of ERP: SAP

• Familiarity with local regulations and standards (e.g., provincial specifications).
• Experience with quantity tracking and cost control systems.

**Working Conditions:**

• Combination of office and field work environments.
• Travel to project sites may be required.
• Living out allowance (LOA) is provided when working remote.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment with changing priorities.
• Salary range is between $100,000-$140,000/yr, depending on qualifications and experiences.
