Digital Transformation & Adoption Coordinator

Join our team as a Digital Transformation & Adoption Coordinator. In this role, you will coordinate the deployment of digital tools across multiple countries, travel frequently to support on-site implementation and adoption, and ensure consistency of deployment practices across business units. You will design and deliver user training sessions, develop user guidance materials, and support change management initiatives. Additionally, you will contribute to ERP implementation phases, assist local teams in transitioning from legacy systems, and support Power BI dashboard development. You will track usage and adoption metrics, identify gaps, and propose corrective actions. Fluency in French and English is mandatory, and Spanish is a strong advantage.

• Coordination of the deployment of digital tools across multiple countries, ensuring consistency of practices.
• Designing and delivering user training sessions, developing user guidance materials, and supporting change management initiatives.
• Tracking usage, adoption metrics, and key indicators, identifying gaps, and proposing corrective actions.

**Education & Experience**

• Engineering degree or equivalent (IT, business or industrial).
• 1–4 years in digital transformation, ERP deployment or business analysis.
• Experience in multi-country or operational environments is an asset.
• Involvement in tool deployment, testing, training or go-live support.

**Languages**

• Fluent French and English (mandatory).
• Spanish is a strong advantage.
