As an Estimator, you will evaluate bid specifications, obtain bids from vendors and subcontractors, assess and provide accurate cost estimates, review projects, and identify efficiencies. You will play a crucial role in contributing to the company's goals and profits by accurately estimating project costs and developing new business.

• Obtenir des offres de fournisseurs et de sous-traitants en spécifiant les matériaux et en négociant les prix.
• Évaluer et fournir des estimations de coûts précises et la documentation requise pour obtenir des contrats de construction/maintenance rentables.

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, contributes to the goals and profits of the company by accurately estimating the costs of potential projects within specifications and market value and developing new business, resulting in obtaining profitable construction/maintenance contracts/agreements.
