About The Role
Join our team as an HSE Manager, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our construction projects. You will partner with various teams to support safe project execution, lead initiatives focused on preventing serious injuries and fatalities, coach and mentor supervisors and project leaders, develop and deliver training programs, manage incident and inspection data, support project planning and mobilization, and contribute to strategic HSE initiatives. This is a field leadership role that requires regular travel to construction sites and a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
- Partner with Operations and project teams to support safe project execution and identify opportunities to strengthen critical controls.
- Lead initiatives focused on preventing serious injuries and fatalities, and support the identification and management of high-energy hazards.
- Coach supervisors and project leaders in effective safety leadership, and mentor HSE Coordinators and emerging HSE professionals.

Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or a related discipline
- CRSP designation (or actively working toward certification) is considered a strong asset
- 6-10 years of progressive construction HSE experience
- Experience supporting multiple construction projects and operational teams
- Strong knowledge of applicable occupational health and safety legislation
- Excellent communication, coaching, facilitation, and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new technologies and digital systems
- Valid driver's licence with the ability to travel regularly to project sites

Some administrative and reporting work is required alongside field responsibilities, but this is fundamentally a field leadership role
