About The Role
Join CARPI, a leading company in waterproofing activities for large hydraulic structures. As the Operation Manager for the USA and Canada, you will oversee and direct operational staff, train and mentor employees, and manage a team of field employees. You will also be responsible for ensuring safety, coordinating labor programs, and maintaining project budgets. A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management and a minimum of 10 years of related experience are required.
- Overseeing and directing operational staff to ensure successful delivery of projects, including training and mentoring employees.
- Managing the operations of projects to ensure timely and on-budget completion, including maintaining project budgets and approving spending.
- Working with clients to negotiate contractual issues and coordinating with support departments to ensure company policies are respected.
**Job Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management and/or equivalent work
- Experience Minimum of 10 years related experience.
- Willing to travel and report to Corporate Office as needed.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, and agree to an MVR check in order to operate business vehicles.
- Shall possess knowledge in civil construction works, in particular geotechnical or earthworks or concrete works. Experience in dam/canal construction is a plus.

- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace. Bilingual skills a plus.
