Project Coordinator

Join Coquitlam Ridge Constructors as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will assist the Project Manager in design and construction-related activities, ensuring successful job completion while meeting safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include preplanning and scheduling project activities, implementing the project Quality Management System, promoting safe working methods, and assisting with field operations and job scheduling. Ideal candidates will have a broad understanding of road construction, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

• Preplan and schedule project activities, implement the project Quality Management System, and create a safe site and working environment.
• Record meeting minutes, complete routine checklists during site walkthroughs, and ensure all Checklists for all aspects of the project are being used and followed.
• Assist the construction manager in day-to-day activities, track materials using quantity tracking sheets, and complete QA checks in the field of work.
