About The Role
Join NUVIA UK, a fast-growing company in the Technical Services & Consulting department. As a Project Manager, you will lead all activities associated with the full life cycle delivery of a contract or work package, ensuring safety, quality, time, and cost parameters are met. You will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and manage a multi-discipline team.
- Assurer la direction et le leadership de toutes les activités associées au cycle de vie complet d'un contrat ou d'un lot de travaux, en veillant à ce que la planification et la livraison soient conformes à tous les paramètres de sécurité, de qualité, de temps et de coût.
- Gérer toutes les activités d'administration contractuelle, y compris les variations, les réclamations, les questions techniques et les instructions, en collaboration avec un responsable commercial.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies et des plans en ligne avec le plan d'exécution du programme global, en définissant comment le programme de travail sera géré, organisé et exécuté.
**Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience:**
- Track record of delivering projects within a technically complex and dynamic environment whilst ensuring high levels of safety, security and environmental responsibility, ideally within the Nuclear Energy sector or similar regulated environment.
- Demonstrate success in managing / developing:
- Engineering design, contract and field execution strategies for project delivery,
- Multi-discipline EPCM projects,
- Procurement and management of complex contracts,
- Control of costs; risk; schedule and change and proficient in the use of Earned Value tools,
- Close out of commercial claims and the associated negotiations.
- Experience of successfully engaging groups of stakeholders.
- Able to demonstrate strong management skills including project management, financial management, change management and facilitation. Proficient in the use of estimating scheduling, programming and risk tools.
- Experience of managing contractors, consultants and other advisors throughout large and complex construction projects, in a regulated environment. Including NEC or FIDIC contracts.
- Good presentation, influencing and facilitation skills. Excellent communication and organisational skills, able to develop relationships and maintain effective networks.
