Project Manager

Join NUVIA UK, a fast-growing company in the Technical Services & Consulting department. We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to develop tools for early retrievals and operations of the MSSS SEP machines. This role requires an innovative individual with experience in the field. The position is hybrid, based in Warrington/Cumbria, and offers staff/contract arrangements. BPSS clearance will be required at a basic level.

• Develop tools to support early retrievals/operations of the MSSS SEP machines and provide support to the principal engineer.
• Produce Non-Financial Requirements (NFRs) and Operational Integrity Management System (OIMS) documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable practices, standards, and engineering guides while producing design packages.

**Principal Accountabilities**

• A senior Mechanical Engineer is required to develop tools to support early retrievals/ operations of the MSSS SEP machines. The role will also include support to the principal engineer.
• This role requires an innovative individual with experience within this field.
• Typical deliverables include but are not limited to:
• Production of NFR's
• Production of OIMS

**Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience:**

• Understand the roles and specifications of CDM
• Experience producing design packages, suitable for manufacture and installation, containing drawings, method statements, risks assessments
• Familiarity and experience of working and complying with applicable 5t practices, standard and engineering guides.
• HNC/ HND/ Scientific or Engineering Degree
• Highly desirable: experience of working in decommissioning legacy facilities, materials and contaminated hazards.
