Service & Installations Engineer

Join our team as a Service and Installations Engineer, where you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of specialized equipment and machinery. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You will have the opportunity to travel to customer sites across a set region, interact with a diverse range of clients, and ensure that equipment operates efficiently and safely.

• Installation and setup of new equipment and machinery at customer sites, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Performing routine maintenance, conducting inspections, and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Maintaining detailed records of equipment installations, maintenance, and service activities, and generating service reports.

• **Duties and Requirements**

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline, with a focus on electrical being preferred
• Holds, or has the ability to achieve, a valid ECS Gold Card (Installation Electrician or Maintenance Electrician) or the ECS HERS (Highway Electrical Registration Scheme) Card
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in equipment installation, maintenance, or repair is preferred.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software, and equipment manuals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
