Lead Brand Designer

Join Parafin as a Senior Brand Designer, where you'll be the creative force behind our visual identity across various platforms. This role involves strategic thinking, collaboration with multiple teams, and a focus on brand consistency. You'll own and evolve Parafin's visual identity, execute marketing campaigns, maintain website assets, produce video content, and create event materials. • Excellent typography, layout, and composition skills with a sharp eye for detail
• Familiarity with web design principles and asset handoff for digital production
• Autonomous enough to take a brief and run with it, and strong enough as a communicator to present and defend creative decisions to stakeholders
• 6+ years of visual/brand design experience
• A versatile brand and graphic designer with a strong portfolio spanning digital and print. Comfortable working across mediums: web, social, print, environmental, and motion
• Experience leading or contributing to a rebrand or brand refresh
• Experience owning a visual identity end-to-end, from brand strategy and ideation to execution and rollout
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and AI tools in your design workflow
• Experience working on brand design in fintech, B2B SaaS, or financial services
• Motion design or animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
• Photography or art direction experience
