About The Role

Join Board Intelligence, a company dedicated to enhancing board effectiveness and driving positive societal impact. As a RevOps Systems Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing revenue-generating processes and ensuring the reliability and continuous improvement of our Salesforce environment. You will work closely with various stakeholders, manage integrations with other commercial tools, and drive adoption of our systems across teams. This is a player-coach role with opportunities for growth and leadership.

  • Configuration, development, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, and process automations.
  • Integration strategy connecting Salesforce to the wider commercial tech stack — including 6sense, HubSpot, Gong/Gong Engage, Pendo, Planhat, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Partnering with GTM stakeholders — Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance — to understand business needs and translate them into clear, scalable technical solutions.
  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party tools and managing the data flows between systems
  • Comfortable working with data — identifying quality issues, designing governance frameworks, and building or contributing to reporting
  • Practical experience with at least two of the following platforms: Gong/Gong Engage, HubSpot, 6sense, Pendo, Planhat, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Familiarity with CPQ concepts or tooling is a plus
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise: Sales Cloud is essential; Service Cloud experience is highly desirable
  • 3–5 years of experience in a RevOps, Salesforce Admin, or CRM systems management role
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into structured, deliverable technical solutions
  • Collaborative working style with a genuine interest in understanding the commercial context behind requests
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to present to senior stakeholders clearly and confidently
  • Structured and process-oriented — you document what you build and build what you document
  • Curious and proactive — you stay ahead of tooling developments and bring ideas to the table
  • Driven by outcomes, not just activity — you care about whether the systems you manage actually help the business perform better
  • Comfortable operating independently and managing your own priorities across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS business, ideally in a scaling environment
  • Exposure to NetSuite or other finance systems, particularly in the context of Salesforce integration
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201 or equivalent)
  • Experience with Agentforce or Einstein AI products
