Senior Product Designer

Join Board Intelligence, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, as a Senior Product Designer. In this role, you will own significant design workstreams from discovery to shipped feature, collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering, and help set the standard for AI in product design. You will produce polished work across web and mobile, build high-fidelity prototypes, design AI-powered features, and contribute to the design system. You will also run user testing, share your expertise, and make design trade-offs informed by commercial context.

• An experienced Senior Product Designer with a track record of owning design delivery end to end across B2B SaaS products
• A strong portfolio showing ownership of the full product design process, including at least one AI powered or agentic feature
• Generous with your expertise, you bring peers along, help non design colleagues understand design, and contribute to a culture of honest feedback, without needing formal management responsibility
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to make a clear case for design decisions
• Commercially aware, you connect design choices to business outcomes and can speak the language of the business
• Demonstrable, hands on use of AI in your design workflow, able to show us how you've changed the way you work (for example with Claude, Figma AI, or similar)
• Proven experience as a Product Designer in a scaling B2B SaaS environment
• Exceptional craft: strong UX fundamentals combined with high quality visual design, and the judgment to know what 'good' looks like
• Demonstrable ability to prototype in front end code (HTML / CSS / JS), or using AI coding tools, to build and test working prototypes, be ready to show us examples of what you've built
• Highly skilled in Figma
• A confident communicator who can present to stakeholders, defend design decisions, and bring non design audiences with you
• Comfortable with ambiguity, you can take a loosely defined brief and shape it into clear, testable design direction
• Experience running user research and testing, and translating findings into design changes
• Experience designing for regulated, governance, or enterprise contexts
• Experience contributing to design system governance at scale
