About The Role

Join our team as a Senior Backend Software Engineer, where you'll tackle complex problems, develop scalable systems, and contribute to our technical vision. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build features and improvements, extend our API and back-end systems, and interface directly with our PostgreSQL cluster. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor and sponsor other engineers, coordinate with other technical and product teams, and be part of an on-call rotation.

4+ years of engineering experience
Professional experience with the technologies with which we work (Ruby on Rails with Sorbet, PostgreSQL, AWS)
