Business Change Manager - Transfer Agency - Corporate Banking

Join our team as a Business Change Manager in the Transfer Agency division of Corporate Banking. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in core TA processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing departmental costs, and providing training and development for team members. You will also participate in strategic initiatives and build relationships with stakeholders and clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the securities or funds services industry, with at least 5 years of managerial experience. Fluency in English and excellent communication skills are required.

• Participating in strategic Transfer Agency initiatives, setting objectives, and ensuring service levels meet client expectations.
• Controlling the quality of delivered processes to ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations, and providing the highest level of service.
• Managing departmental budgets, ensuring running costs meet expected levels, and controlling headcount, overtime, and travel expenses.
