Front Office IT Support Engineer – Trading & Electronic Trading Systems

As a Front Office IT Support Engineer, you will support, operate, and continuously improve trading and electronic trading systems in a demanding Front Office environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with traders, sales, risk, development, and infrastructure teams, and benefit from a human-sized structure, close follow-up, and tailored training paths.

• Provide Front Office IT support for live trading environments, ensuring trading systems are available, stable, and performant during market hours.
• Manage real-time trading and market data configurations, tune market data and market access parameters, and contribute to performance optimization of trading platforms.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes, and work closely with development and infrastructure teams to improve platform reliability.
