Event Marketing Lead

Join HealthLeap as an Event Marketing Lead, where you will create impactful executive meetings with target health systems. You will be responsible for managing the live marketing motion, including conferences, dinners, executive forums, customer panels, and in-person programs. This role is focused on named-account event marketing and will be measured by meetings held, account coverage, and follow-up that moves opportunities forward. You will also coordinate with executives and customers, track event ROI and reporting, and share field insights for continuous improvement.

• Strong logistics discipline and strong sales judgment
• Comfort coordinating executive calendars and customer participation
• Clear writing for follow-up, recaps, and sales-ready notes
• Track record of running events against named accounts, not just registration goals
• Experience selling or marketing to health systems, health IT buyers, or complex business-to-business buying committees
• Relationships in health system executive networks
• Experience with customer relationship management campaign tracking
• Background in clinical operations, quality improvement, or healthcare technology
