About The Role
Join our team as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). In this strategic role, you will lead our valuation and finance analytics function, owning the company's fair value framework, loan-level forecasting, servicing asset analytics, and other complex financial models. You will also serve as the primary finance partner for several corporate functions, helping leadership understand budget performance, identify risks and opportunities, and strengthen financial discipline across the organization. - The ideal candidate pairs strong technical accounting and valuation expertise with exceptional financial modeling skills and the ability to translate complex concepts for senior executives
- Skilled in fair value measurements or other valuation methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Accounting and executive leadership
- Proven track record building discounted cash flow models
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced Excel modeling skills
- 8–12+ years in FP&A, valuation, investment banking, consulting, Big Four, or financial institutions
- Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, or other BI tools
- NetSuite experience
- Knowledge of servicing assets or mortgage/loan servicing
- Background in specialty finance, fintech, banking, or consumer lending
- Familiarity with ASC 820 Fair Value measurements
