• Collaborer avec les dirigeants pour comprendre les objectifs commerciaux et traduire ces objectifs en stratégies RH impactantes.

• Experience supporting US-based teams and knowledge of US employment law
• Strong analytical mindset and experience leveraging people data
• 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a tech or high-growth environment
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• High adaptability and resilience—you thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments
